Flowrence Hospital Has in house collection centre to provide a wide range of laboratory investigations, necessary for patient care. It consists of the disciplines of Hematology, Pathology, Clinical Biochemistry and Microbiology. The Department provides qualitative analysis of biological fluids such as blood, serum or plasma, tissue, urine and stool for specific constituents to support clinicians in the practice of medicine.

The laboratories have state-of-the-art equipment, operated by a team of efficient technicians and qualified doctors, who provide world-class results, with a quality assurance. All the blood samples for laboratory investigations are collected using the vacutainer system of collection, which avoids contamination and, thus, gross errors. The Department provides round-the-clock routine services with interpretations by competent pathologists. There is a state-of-the-art Blood Cell Counter with back-up, which is calibrated on a daily basis, using internationally accepted quality control equipment.

Note : Laboratory/Pathology Services are outsourced to Dr Bhatt Pathology Laboratory and Bhatt Advanced Diagnostic Centre.
